All our employees go through a mandatory screening and training process before they are eligible to work for PTH. Employees are screened for:

• Eligibility to work in Canada, SIN information and Photo ID for each employee to ensure ID verification
• Math and English aptitude testing.
• Background check (upon request).
• Formal interview.
• Health and safety is exceptionally important, all employees are WHMIS trained.
• Safety Boots: mandatory for each employee.
